Aligning the minds, bodies and lifestyles of influencers with Silentnights newest campaign: The Great British Sleep Reset!

The Brief

Silentnight enlisted us to bring their newest campaign, The Great British Sleep Reset, to life.

The goal? To educate media journalists and lifestyle influencers about the sleep crisis in the UK, and the need for a reset over lunch, discussing the three stages of reset through immersive activities. The activation also needed to generate positive feedback and engaging media and influencer coverage.

With their objectives laid out, we got to work!

The Magic

We teamed up with Citypress to deliver the DREAMIEST influencer event.

Silentnight sleep expert, Kathryn Pinkham, created a 3-step sleep routine: reset your mind, reset your body and reset your lifestyle, which shaped the structure and focus of our activation.

The gamification elements began with the Live Doodle Sleep Journal Wall, encouraging discussions with attendees around their sleep struggles. The Body Reset Batak invited guests to test their sleep levels through reaction-time challenges, while our Tarot Card Sleep Pact highlighted simple but powerful lifestyle resets such as “drink less caffeine,” “reduce screen time before bed,” and “sip more calming tea.”

Influencer events are all about the look and feel, so we wanted to create a space that would be snapped and shared across social media to maximise the event’s traction. Dressed with snooze-themed tablescaping, over-hanging clouds, jugs of fresh lavender and clean, crisp linens, our set evoked a real sense of calm and made for the perfect space when encouraging a peaceful and sleepy aesthetic.

The Wins

We created a space designed to help guests unwind, reset and reconnect.

From sourcing the venue and catering to match the event’s theme and clientele, to creating interactive gamification elements, stunning venue dressing and complimentary décor, every detail of our set was designed to get influencers in the mood for a snooze!

Guest feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees particularly praised the gamification elements and the Q&A session with our sleep expert, noting how insightful and practical the advice was in addressing their own sleep challenges.
