British Land approached us for the third year in a row to bring festive real-estate enlivement to their three London campuses: Broadgate, Regents Place, and Paddington Central.
They wanted to deliver an inclusive, one-of-a-kind experience that brought campus workers and residents together through a variety of Christmas activations, whilst also driving engagement with their ‘My Campus’ platform.
And what better of a Christmas collaboration than one with Vagabond?
Christmas festivities were delivered in abundance across British Land’s campuses, as Moo & Goo merriment swept through Broadgate, Regent’s Place and Paddington Central for the third-year running.
Our favourite moment from the festivities? Our brand-new Festive Fizz Painting Workshop, delivered in partnership with British Land’s newest retail partner, Vagabond!
With the help of the incredible Sketched by Sienna, we invited British Land’s staff and tenants to decorate a wine bottle of their choosing, ready to be cracked open for a festive tipple over the holidays.
The Vagabond experience was a great way to introduce guests to the local retailers, drive footfall and sales. and build stronger relationships with tenants.
The new experience was a hit, with full attendance across all campuses and over 75 bottles decorated and enjoyed!
We successfully supported British Lands return-to-office initiatives and sparked meaningful social connections across the campus community during the festive season.
