British Land tasked us with spreading festive joy across their three campuses: Broadgate, Regents Place, and Paddington Central, with a key focus to drive occupier engagement, boost winter wellbeing and engage their tenants too!
We hosted dozens of fabulously festive events over 3 weeks, delivered seasonal random acts of kindness days, all complemented by live Christmas music from Christmas carolers, acapella singers, and Santas favourite, gospel choirs!
From a visit to the Cheese Barge, featuring cheese and wine tastings, to wreath-making workshops, participants left feeling all bright and merry!
An all sustainable festive enlivenment roll-out. 428 participants took part in the winter workshops and our random acts of kindness crew distributed 4,300 moments of festive joy.
The whole campaign received an average net promotor score of 9.2%, the highest ever of a seasonal events campaign, so all the Christmas bells were ringing!
